Following a meeting with Millwall management on 16 April 2025, It was decided that Tom would leave Millwall Football Club at the end of the 2024/25 season.
Tom will finish his loan spell at Maidstone United before making an announcement on his next permanent club for the 2025/26 season.

Tom Leahy (born 31 March 2004) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Woking on loan from Championship club, Millwall.
Prior to joining Millwall, Tom had spells at Chipstead, Brighton & Hove Albion and Bromley.
After featuring in several matchday squads during the 2023–24 campaign, Tom made his first-team debut for Millwall away to Bristol City in August 2024, replacing captain Shaun Hutchinson late on in the game.
On 21 July 2024, in a fixture on Millwall's pre-season tour to Spain, Leahy scored the winning goal in a 2–1 win against Real Murcia
